Whitehead is a small town between Carrickfergus and Larne. Close to the famous Gobbins Cliff Path and the Blackhead lighthouse; it’s a great location for a day trip or a short break. The Old Bank House shop and restaurant near the railway station is a good place to start your adventure. It stocks a wide range of local art and craft goods; it also serves excellent coffee. The brightly painted Victorian houses along the promenade are cheerful to look at, even on the dullest of days.
